Founded in Afourer in 2019, Kafalat Al Yatim is an independent social, charitable and development association dedicated to caring for orphans, supporting their families and preserving their dignity. We firmly believe that every child deserves to grow up in a safe and encouraging environment, with people who help them overcome difficulties and open the way to hope, learning and social inclusion.

Our mission goes beyond occasional assistance. We provide comprehensive, sustainable support covering basic needs, education, health care, psychological and social support, and educational and cultural activities. We work closely with widows and families, listen to their needs and direct initiatives so that they make a real difference in daily life.

We believe that caring for orphans is a shared human and social responsibility. Our work is built on cooperation with donors, volunteers, partners and local stakeholders. We aim to give children the confidence and opportunities to continue their education, develop their abilities and build an independent, dignified future, while making solidarity a lasting force for hope and development in Afourer and the surrounding area.
